Cancelation Policy

  • Upon booking your appointment we will get a card on file. You can change any appointments up to 48hrs prior to your scheduled time, and no fees or charges will be made.

  • Any time after the 48hr mark there will be a cancellation/booking fee of 50% of the full service price of the booked appointment.

  • Those who don't call to reschedule/cancel and/or no-show to the appointment will be charged 100% of the base price for the service(s) scheduled. After 3 no call/no shows you will be subjected to not be rescheduled for any further appointments. The cancellation policy will be enforced, and is a way for us at Alise & Co. Salon to create a stress free schedule for ALL of our guests. We do understand emergencies happen and we will try our best to accomdate each situation. Thank you for understanding.

We are located in the Sunset Plaza located directly off 59, on the west side of the road, if your headed north.

TUESDAY 9am-6pm

WEDNESDAY 9am-6pm

THURSDAY 9am-6pm

FRIDAY 9am-5pm

SATURDAY 9am-3pm

SUNDAY   CLOSED

WHY DO I NEED TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD PRIOR TO SCHEDULING?

Alise and Company Salon prioritizes our guest and Artist time equally. We place a card on file and enforce our Cancellation Policy to ensure our team is not missing oppurtunities to schedule other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN AND/OR GUEST TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We love children (most of us are moms!) but we prioritize an upscale, relaxing environtment for our guest. Unless your child is receiving a service, we ask that they do not accompany you to your appointment.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

At Alise & Co. Salon, we want you to love your hair. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so we can schedule an adjustment. 

All adjustment will be completed with your original stylist to be best refine your results based on your intial consultation and inspiration.

Request that differ from the original services or inspiration will be considered a new service and may require an additional charge.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?

All guest arriving 15-mintues or later after their scheduled time will be subject to having to be reschedule and charged a no show service fee.

PERSONAL BELONGING POLICY

While we take every precaution to provide a safe and comfortable experience, Alise & Co. Salon is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items, including clothing jewelry or accessories.

As we work with professional chemicals and tools, and guest moving throughout the salon, we recommend wearing appropriate attire and minimizing valuable items during your visit.
