Kenleigh has been making hair magic happen for over 13 years—and she’s just getting started. Known for her obsession with detail and a serious love for learning and teaching new stylist, she’s always up for mastering the latest trends (especially if it involves blondes or extensions!).
Blondes are her love language, and she’s all about that effortless, lived-in look. But no matter the service, Kenleigh’s goal is always the same: make you feel like your best self—confident, glowing, and totally you.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll probably find her chasing her three kids, spending time with her husband, sipping something fun from her favorite coffee shop, or rearranging her house (again). Hair is her passion, and helping you love yours is her favorite part of the job.

With just over a year behind the chair, this 21-year-old stylist is already making her mark with a passion for highlights and all things color. She loves creating customized looks that enhance each guest’s natural beauty while keeping hair healthy and vibrant.
Originally from Spanish Fort, she dreams big—her ultimate goal is to grow and own her very own salon one day. When she’s not in the salon, you can find her spending time with friends and hanging out with her beloved animals (definitely a dog lover 🐶).
She’s always inspired by the idea of traveling—Italy is at the top of her bucket list 🇮🇹—and she brings that creative, adventurous spirit into everything she does.
Fun fact: She’s allergic to bananas and the sun, but that doesn’t stop her from bringing bright energy to the salon every day!

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I’ve been behind the chair for about a year and a half and have loved every moment of growing in the beauty industry. I’m passionate about creating customized looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty and fit their lifestyle.
My favorite services include all-over color, highlights, and blowouts, and I especially love working with both blondes and brunettes. My career goal is to build a strong, loyal clientele and eventually grow into owning a business of my own.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me shopping with friends, spending quality time with my family, or going on new adventures and exploring new places. I’m a big animal lover—especially dogs and cats—and I have a dog named Milo who I love taking along on outings. My dream travel destination is Tokyo, Japan, and I’m always up for trying any type of Hispanic food.

With two years of experience behind the chair, Marlee has already found her passion in creating beautiful highlights and finishing every look with a flawless blowout. Born and raised in Foley, she brings a genuine Southern warmth to the salon and loves making every guest feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Her biggest career goal is to open her own salon one day, while her life dream includes having a big family and plenty of land to enjoy time outdoors. When she’s not in the salon, you can find her out on the boat, shopping, or spending time with her favorite animal—golden retrievers.
A lover of Chicken Alfredo and dreaming of a future trip to Italy, Marlee blends ambition, creativity, and a love for people into everything she does. At just 19 years old, she’s excited to continue growing her skills and building lasting relationships with her clients. She can not wait to have you in her chair!

Meet one of our rising talents at Alise & Co. Salon, proudly from right here in Foley, Alabama! With 1.5 years behind the chair, she’s already found her passion in creating beautiful, lived-in blondes that feel effortless and low-maintenance.
She loves getting creative with every client and is driven by a career goal of doing what she loves while continuously growing her craft. Outside of the salon, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sun at the beach, spending time with family, or dreaming of her next adventure—Hawaii is at the top of her list!
Fun fact: she’s the youngest of three sisters and has a soft spot for cheetahs. And if there’s Alfredo on the menu, she’s all in.
