KENLEIGH GIBNEY
OWNER/STYLIST
Kenleigh has been making hair magic happen for over 13 years—and she’s just getting started. Known for her obsession with detail and a serious love for learning, she’s always up for mastering the latest trends (especially if it involves blondes or extensions!).
Blondes are her love language, and she’s all about that effortless, lived-in look. But no matter the service, Kenleigh’s goal is always the same: make you feel like your best self—confident, glowing, and totally you.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll probably find her chasing her three kids, spending time with her husband, sipping something fun from her favorite coffee shop, or rearranging her house (again). Hair is her passion, and helping you love yours is her favorite part of the job.

STYLIST
With just over a year behind the chair, this 21-year-old stylist is already making her mark with a passion for highlights and all things color. She loves creating customized looks that enhance each guest’s natural beauty while keeping hair healthy and vibrant.
Originally from Spanish Fort, she dreams big—her ultimate goal is to grow and own her very own salon one day. When she’s not in the salon, you can find her spending time with friends and hanging out with her beloved animals (definitely a dog lover 🐶).
She’s always inspired by the idea of traveling—Italy is at the top of her bucket list 🇮🇹—and she brings that creative, adventurous spirit into everything she does.
Fun fact: She’s allergic to bananas and the sun, but that doesn’t stop her from bringing bright energy to the salon every day!
STYLIST
Emma grew up in Gulf Breeze, Florida, and moved to Gulf Shores after finishing cosmetology school in 2022. She is very business driven and worked her way up the ladder to a level 3 stylist in just 2 short years, before she switched to a booth rent stylist. She now has her own booth and strives to better her business everyday! She has been in the salon industry for about 3 years now and attended cosmetology school in Gulfport Mississippi. Emma has always had a passion for hair and fashion, and knew she wanted to be in this industry since she was a little girl! She graduated high school early to attend cosmetology school.
Emma loves anything to do with blonding and extensions, but is also creative with all of the services she offers. She offers highlights, all over color, brazilian blowouts, etc. And is certified in beaded weft extensions. Emma strives to give each person in her chair the confidence they deserve with a smile on her face. She is eager to please everyone who has the pleaser of sitting in her chair!
When she is not spending her time at the salon, she enjoys summer boat days with her husband. Shopping and being around the people she loves the most. Emma’s favorite thing about the salon is the family we have created. We are a very team driven salon, striving together to be the best salon in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Hannah is from Fairhope,Al and joined the Alise & Co. team after graduating from Baystyle Academy. She has always loved everything beauty and knew she wanted to be in this industry since she was a little girl. She specializes in blonding and lived in color! She is also certified in Brazilain Blowouts. Her goal is to give each person who sits in her chair the self confidence that they desire and deserve. If she’s not at work you can catch her chasing after her two kids, sipping iced coffee or soaking up the sun at the beach.
STYLIST
Born and raised in Pensacola, FL, I’ve been behind the chair for nearly three years after completing a cosmetology technical program during my junior and senior years of high school. Hair has been a passion of mine from the very beginning, and I love continuing to grow and refine my craft every day.
My favorite service is bouncy blowouts, and I’m all about helping my clients feel confident, empowered, and beautiful when they leave my chair. My biggest career goal is to build a successful future as a licensed cosmetologist while creating meaningful connections and results for every guest I serve.
When I’m not in the salon, you can find me listening to music, attending concerts, or dreaming about traveling—Japan and Rome are both at the top of my bucket list! I’m a huge animal lover (lions are my favorite), and my dream pet is a chinchilla. 🌿
STYLIST
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I’ve been behind the chair for about a year and a half and have loved every moment of growing in the beauty industry. I’m passionate about creating customized looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty and fit their lifestyle.
My favorite services include all-over color, highlights, and blowouts, and I especially love working with both blondes and brunettes. My career goal is to build a strong, loyal clientele and eventually grow into owning a business of my own.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me shopping with friends, spending quality time with my family, or going on new adventures and exploring new places. I’m a big animal lover—especially dogs and cats—and I have a dog named Milo who I love taking along on outings. My dream travel destination is Tokyo, Japan, and I’m always up for trying any type of Hispanic food.
