Kenleigh has been in the salon industry for 12 years. Her hunger for knowledge and attention to detail is what sets her apart.
While Kenleigh loves all colors, Extensions, she has an obsession with perfecting blondes! She listens carefully to her clients needs while adding suggestions to help decide what would be best for their desired outcome.
When she is not busy making her clients feel and look their best, You can find her spending time with her two children and her husband, She loves all things Target, yummy food and interior design.
It’s a beautiful thing when your passion and career collide!

Kaitlyn is from Fort Collins, Colorado and moved here to Gulf Shores, Alabama. Her passion is hair! She loves the creative aspect of all things hair, but also the way you can make people feel about themselves. Self confidence is huge. She loves to make her guests feel so beautiful, and get to spend quality time with them!
Blondes and Hair Extensions are Kaitlyn’s specialty behind the chair. Creating and customizing each step to each and every one of her guests. Getting them to their hair goals & dreams is what she absolutely loves.
Her favorite thing about working at Alise & Co Salon is how we are truly an amazing team that supports and uplifts each other!
LEVEL 1 STYLIST

Jamie is from Rock Falls, Illinois! She moved to Foley in 2021 with a passion for hair. She graduated in 2022 from Blue Cliff career college and been doing hair for about 2 years. She loves creating transformations to make her guest feel beautiful. She loves to create spectacular blondes and doing extenstions, as well as some fashion colors! When Jamie is not at the salon she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, enjoying the beach and has a passion for photoghraphy. She enjoys her time at Alise and Co. Salon because the enviroment is super fun, exciting and friendly. She is excited to build her guest portfolio even more!

EMMA SNIDER
SKYLAR HILL
LEVEL 2 STYLIST
Emma grew up in Gulf Breeze, Florida, and moved to Gulf Shores after finishing cosmetology school in 2022. She has been in the salon industry for about a two years and attended cosmetology school in Gulfport Mississippi. Emma has always had a passion for hair and fashion. She graduated high school early to attend cosmetology school.
Emma loves anything to do with blonding, but is also very creative with a variety of other services. She offers brazilian blowouts, color retouches, all over color, etc. she is certified in Beaded Weft extension!
When she is not spending her time working at the salon, she enjoys summer boat days, shopping and being around the people she loves. Emma’s favorite thing about her job as a stylist at Alise and Co. is the salon family we have created. We are a very team driven salon, striving together to be the best salon in Gulf Shores Alabama!
LEVEL 2 STYLIST
Skylar has lived in the Baldwin county area her whole life! She was born & raised in Robertsdale, Al! She has been with us since April 2022 when she started her apprenticeship working alongside Kenleigh. She has always had a love & passion for all things hair but takes a special interest in all blonding services! Her goal is to make all clients love their hair like never before and educate them on how to not only love it in the salon but at home as well. She loves to talk with each guest not only in her chair but around the salon, which helps her build connections & relationships with all guests! When she isn’t at the salon, she can be found taking photos for her small photography business, hanging out with her close family, spending time with her salon family & loving her Chocolate Lab, Millie! Skylar can’t wait to have you in her chair!
HANNAH HERRINGTON

Hannah is from Fairhope,Al and joined the Alise & Co. team after graduating from Baystyle Academy. She has always loved everything beauty and knew she wanted to be in this industry since she was a little girl. Blonding is one of her favorite services, she enjoys creating a custom blonde for each guest. She is also certified in Brazilain Blowouts. Her goal is to give each person who sits in her chair the self confidence that they desire and deserve. If she’s not at work you can catch her chasing after her two kids, sipping iced coffee or soaking up the sun at the beach!
